The current Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi) recommended fee for a standard 40–60 minute consultation is $330. There is no need for a referral to meet a psychologist, however full payment is required at the time of your appointment (and a deposit is required for for first appointment). You may be eligible for private health insurance rebates. Medicare rebates are available for psychology patients referred by your GP with a GP Mental Health Care Plan, or by a psychiatrist or paediatrician. Please see our fees listed below:

Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment, your psychologist reserves the entire hour exclusively for you. To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is taken at the time of scheduling and will be deducted from the total consultation fee of your first appointment.
We require a minimum of two full business days’ notice (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, excluding public holidays) to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client in need.

Cancellations with less than two full business days’ notice incur a 50% session fee.

Non-attendance or cancellations with less than one full business day’s notice incur 100% of the session fee.

These fees apply irrespective of funding source (including DVA, Medicare, NDIS, or other funding) and are payable on the day of the scheduled appointment.
Future appointments may be cancelled if there are outstanding fees.
You may call our reception team during business hours to cancel or reschedule. Please take into account weekends and public holidays when providing notice (for example, to cancel a Monday appointment, notice must be given by the Thursday prior).
We understand that emergencies or sudden illness can arise. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
